Self-referral is a quick and simple way of accessing NHS talking therapies without going to see your GP.

Fill in a referral form and we will contact you to discuss the next steps. You must be at least 17 and 9 months old and registered with a General Practitioner (GP) in Milton Keynes.

You may also refer yourself by calling 01908 725099 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
