You will learn what loneliness is and what may cause it, who may be impacted by loneliness and how isolation can affect us. We will also cover tips of ways to reduce the feelings of loneliness.

Living with pain can have a significant impact on our mood, motivation and energy levels. It can be common to feel low due to the recurring pain which we experience. If you are experiencing chronic pain, why not view our pre-recorded webinar for some useful hints and tips. The workshop will cover look at the CBT model, pain cycle and deconditioning. We will look at boom and bust and how we can find ways to manage energy levels and pain, as well as going through some relaxation techniques that can help manage symptoms.

It covers strategies to manage breathlessness, fatigue and tips to sleep better.
